About Gena G.
I am a North Carolina native with traditional values and a strong work ethic. I am a graduate of James B. Hunt, Jr. High School in Wilson, NC as well as have a BA from the University of NC at Wilmington. While living in New Orleans in 1997, I set aside the dream of becoming a Veterinarian to follow another passion: Real Estate. I enjoy working with both sellers and buyers, whether you are an investor, first-time home buyer, move up, move down, or luxury client. I've sold historic homes, horse farms, boat slips, oceanfront properties, golf course homes, raw land, condos near Universities, handled Estate sales, saved homes from Foreclosure, and gotten many first time buyers into their first home. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and have learned many negotiating techniques throughout the years. If you need a guaranteed offer program, I am certified through iFinderPro. This program allows my sellers a flexible closing date and the freedom to purchase another home without going to market.
