About Colin

Helping people through one of the biggest transitions of their lives is Colin’s passion. Whether they’re upsizing, downsizing, or moving into the Triangle from out-of-town or out-of-state. With her market knowledge, strategic insights, and strong negotiation skills, she strives to make the real estate process as smooth and successful as possible.

Colin started her career in New York City in marketing & branding strategy for corporate clients, which sharpened her ability to analyze market trends, understand client needs, and develop data-driven strategies—skills that seamlessly translate into real estate. 

Later, she worked for a top real estate attorney in NJ, where she gained an in-depth understanding of real estate transactions and what it takes to navigate them successfully. It was during this time that Colin knew she wanted to become a real estate agent—to lend her knowledge, support, and professional guidance to help clients land the right house in the right community or to sell their homes with the best possible outcomes. She's also adept at navigating investment property and land transactions.


Before moving to NC in 2017, Colin lived in Illinois, Colorado, California, Ohio, New York, and New Jersey. She settled in Cary, NC, with her husband (Rick), two boys (Jack & Peter), and dog, Gus. She hopes to never leave—and not only because she appreciates the mild winters and enjoys playing tennis year-round!
