About Merisa

My passion for real estate is founded on my genuine love and care for people. The greatest joy in my work is achieving complete satisfaction for every buyer and seller I serve. Open communication and prioritizing my clients' needs enable me to be their advocate throughout the buying or selling process. My goal is not only to ensure they receive the best value for their investment and maximize their profits from a sale but also to empower them with the information they need to understand the process and make confident decisions. I consider it a privilege for people to trust me, and I work hard to make every transaction a happy success!

Born and raised in California, I started my real estate journey there before moving to North Carolina 15 years ago. It can be challenging to relocate to a new state and I want to be the person who makes the transition easier for my clients. While I assist clients throughout Raleigh, there is a special place in my heart for Wake Forest, Youngsville, Louisburg and Franklinton.

These towns north of Raleigh are my corner of the Triangle, and I’m excited to help people move here. I know the beauty and value of this area and am thrilled when new residents fall in love with it too.

My family is precious to me, and I’m a proud mom to the most amazing kids. I love cooking delicious meals for my family, attending my kids sport events and going on fun dates with my husband. Meeting new people and hearing their stories is also something I greatly enjoy. Call me if you want to learn about buying your first home, have a home to sell, want land or want to invest. Amo a mi familia y soy una madre orgullosa de los niños más bellos y increíbles. Me encanta cocinar comidas deliciosas para mi familia, asistir a los eventos deportivos de mis hijos y probar nuevos restaurantes con mi esposo. Conocer gente nueva y escuchar sus historias también es algo que me encanta.
