 I show up every day on purpose, with purpose.

That's not just a mantra: it's how I've grown and built a business I still love after 2 decades as a Realtor® throughout the Triangle.

Here's what I've learned: most problems have a solution. The question is whether the solution is acceptable. And that's where communication and managing expectations become the real drivers of successful negotiations, the ones that create a win-win for everyone involved.

My approach? No drama, no trauma. I keep things simple, stay realistic about what's happening in the market, and I tell you the truth even when it's not what you want to hear. That matters when you're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

I've been on every side of this business: producing agent, team leader, Broker-in-Charge. That experience means I see around corners, but more importantly, it means I know how to protect what matters to you without creating unnecessary stress along the way.

I'm deeply rooted in this community. First Winston-Salem, now Cary's MacArthur Park neighborhood (17 years and counting). I volunteer with Green Hope's Marching Band program and you'll likely spot me on a local greenway. I do my best thinking on long walks. I know these neighborhoods because I live here.

Beyond client work: I publish The VM Factor, a weekly newsletter for real estate professionals, and provide coaching and workshops for agents, small brokerages, and teams. I also created GoodToGoNC, inspired by my adult son with Down syndrome, to spotlight sensory and mobility-friendly businesses throughout the Triangle. If there's a way to help someone navigate their world more easily, I want to share it.
