About Diane

There is a saying, “I didn’t grow up in the South, but I’m sure glad I got here as soon as I could!” Well, I couldn’t agree more. My husband, Jeff, and I moved with our four children from New Jersey to Cary in 2010. Making the Triangle my home has been one of the best decisions I have made, and my genuine love for the area shines through in the way I serve my real estate clients—whether they are buying or selling.

I am a Villanova graduate with degrees in Biology, Psychology, and Physical Therapy. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent many years working as a physical therapist in a variety of settings. That education and career instilled in me the importance of hard work, clear communication, patience, trustworthiness, and integrity—qualities that are essential to a successful and rewarding real estate experience.

I am creative at heart, with a long-standing passion for restoring and refinishing antique furniture and vintage finds. After rehabbing two older homes in New Jersey, I developed a strong eye for recognizing a home’s potential—often seeing possibilities that others may overlook. This experience allows me to help sellers thoughtfully prepare their homes to appeal to today’s buyers, maximizing value and positioning their property for a successful sale.

For buyers, I am known for being patient, thorough, and highly attentive. I take the time to research properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions so my clients truly understand what they are purchasing and feel confident every step of the way. I believe informed buyers make the best decisions, and I pride myself on being a trusted guide throughout the process.

Having worked as a full-time REALTOR® since 2015, I bring extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers. I provide personalized service, strong market knowledge, and skilled negotiation, all while coordinating the many moving parts of a transaction to ensure a smooth, cohesive, and positive experience.
