About Shelagh

Shelagh was born and grew up in the UK, and went to university in Cardiff, Wales where she graduated with a BA in Psychology. She met her husband there, and in 1990 they left the UK for work opportunities, and a bit of adventure. Shelagh and her husband have lived in France three times (Lyon, Cote d'Azur, and the Pyrenees), Germany (Duesseldorf) and this is the third time they have lived in the Triangle area. Before going into general brokerage, Shelagh worked in relocation, helping families move to the Triangle from all over the world. 
The international theme has continued: Shelagh has her CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist), has served on, and is currently Chair of, the Global Advisory Committee with the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, and loves working with clients from diverse cultures.

Her clients appreciate her patience, her calm demeanor, during the most stressful moments, and her attention to detail.
When not helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her 2 young grandsons, the vibrant food scene across the Triangle, traveling to the beach, hiking in the mountains, and popping back across the pond to see family in England.
